I am very happy that the 4th print of “I’m PEKO-PEKO Hungry!” is released in June. The book of Japanese onomatopoeia.
The number of foreign people who come to Japan is increasing; I hope this book stimulates the communication at the table, with your colleagues, or at your school, etc. (from “Preface”)

On July 6, Ms. Mari Chikura (from the publisher) and I were invited to attend the class named “Japan Studies” at Seijo University. It is a bilingual (English-Japanese) program led by Mr. Shinichi Ikeda (journalist of The Asahi Shinbun) and, we were there as interviewees taking questions from the students; on the book, about publishing process, or concerning our careers. It was a special moment for me, I would like to say thank you to everyone!
